The Past

Leadership

I’ve had the opportunity to apply my leadership skills in various ways throughout my professional and personal journey. From organizing large-scale job fairs at CEGEP to serving as the Vice President of the Entrepreneurship Club and now as the CEO of Emplo, leadership has played a significant role in my life.

Customer Service

From an early age, I have been involved in customer service, whether through sales or customer relations. I’ve leveraged that experience to support my professional aspirations.

Human Resources

From serving as the Head of Human Resources in a start-up to leading my own teams in clubs and running my own business, I utilize HR skills on a daily basis.

Teaching

Teaching has played a significant role in my life, as many of my student jobs that helped shape my character were in this field. Whether it was teaching swimming or martial arts, these experiences have been invaluable and will continue to be useful in the years to come.

The Future

My goal is to embark on a journey of innovation and creativity while expanding my knowledge in entrepreneurship and marketing. I want to open my mind to new experiences and use what I learn to help communities in need and make a positive impact in the industry. Building meaningful relationships is also important to me—connecting with others who share my passions and values. A big part of this journey is developing resilience; I know challenges and setbacks will come, but I want to embrace them as opportunities to grow. By nurturing my resilience, I hope to face the ups and downs of entrepreneurship with confidence and determination.
